Kids talkin’ in lectures
All this Tumblr-ing this evening has made me feel quite the hipster.

I love this quote. I need to heed it’s words more often.

Your argument is invalid.

I had this thought today, during my “Environment & Society” lecture. What if all this global warming is being caused by something non-human. I refer mostly to the Homo-Reptilians, as depicted in Doctor Who, a previously evolved super-race that inhabited the planet millions of years ago. In the Doctor Who episode, entitled “The Hungry Earth”, the Homo-Reptilia (or Silurians) have been laying dorment well under the earth for millennia but have accidentally been awoken by pesky human drilling. The story goes on, blah blah blah, and at the end the Doctor says to the humans involved “Right, you go tell the rest of the world that they have a thousand years to clean up their act so that humans and silurians can live side by side on the one planet Earth”.
Right. But what if, they’re actually all hostile and shit, and have been responsible for post industrialisation pollution, in order to create higher global temperatures so that their race can once again rule planet Earth?!
Just ponder that for a moment…
And then realise how fucking crazy I am.

Is it wrong for me to buy boat shoes without actually owning an aquatic mode of transportation?
